Charlotte Marie A. Sales, shared about her recent participation in the “AUAP Leadership Program: Next Generation Leaders” held at Bangkok, Thailand.

The beloved President, Dr. Estrella O. Simon, opens the event with a motivational message.

“Most people nowadays are selfish and insensitive. The most important thing to prevent these kinds of incidents is to be sensitive around your surroundings. As an educator, you don’t just focus your work by teaching lessons, giving homeworks and projects. You work with children, you have to educate them on what will be the cause if they bully. FCPC 2019 Research Speakers

I was assisting an ongoing research about heat transfer in borehole heat exchangers and heat pumps under the supervision of Mr. Tomasz Sliwa and Mr. Tomek Kowalski. They taught me the importance and potential of the study to help my country in the future as a source of renewable energy. I had the opportunity to be friends with people all over the world which made my experience much exciting and memorable. We spent most of our free time exploring historical and beautiful places in Poland and attending organized IAESTE events together. There was never a boring day when I was with my friends.

IEDEX 2018 is held on Nuvali Laguna, last January 26 to 28, 2018. Many industries were part of the said exhibit but most of the exhibitors were in the education industry. Through this exhibit IAESTE Philippines was able to have a partnership with other schools and companies were open to hire the IAESTE interns that will decide to have their internship here in Philippines.
